Thanks for your thoughts Zeb; in Georgia we have a Representative by the name of Bobby Franklin who is friendly to our efforts, who as a matter of fact, has introduced state sovereignty and legal tender bills before in our House. I have finished writing a Proposed State Sovereignty Amendment that we intend to get to Mr. Franklin as soon as possible, well before the next session of the General Assembly. If passed, it would reaffirm these prinicples within the fundamental law of the State. Getting active and promoting these principles at the local level, however, is key, and if that is something you are interested in helping with, we welcome you and your input. We're still beginning, and are open to all ideas and suggestions as far as how we can make these efforts effective. I am of the opinion that one big step will entail persons holding these views to decide to run for offices, and to attend public meetings and speak up, within this State.

Lots of folks who are active on this website have Mr. Faulkners concepts, but as of today, some weeks after the posting of this fine summary no one has inquired how they might effect some of these principles.
Our next legislative session starts in what will be a heart beat in political time. Our legislators should have been preped with nullification bills yesterday, but the legislators who will carry these bills have probably not even been identified. We are on the cusp of a not so bright future and inaction at this time is not acceptable.
